Green Statement

Oliver's Catering is based on the south Cornish coast, which prides itself on delivering consistent, unsurpassed customer service.

We are more than aware that our day to day operations can have a negative impact on the environment, therefore we commit to reducing this impact by the following measures:

• Look at food miles - buy local - use fair trade where feasible
• Prevent waste production - reducing - reusing and recycling where feasible
• identify and implement controls to conserve energy - water and waste product
• Work with staff - suppliers - customers and the community, along with local government and environmental organisations to improve our environmental performance
• Abide by all environmental legislation which applies

The policy which has been laid out before you and our consequent actions are reviewed periodically with the aim to adapt and improve our environmental performance
