Our ecological, organic and fair trade policy, coupled with the diverse and extensive larder Cornwall has on offer, we pride ourselves in being able to offer good, honest food, to the highest standards possible.

To promote, and support Cornwall and its producers to the best of our ability. However, with such things as exotics, and beverages, which are not available locally, it is understood that these items are sourced from outside the county.
Our belief is, that with our commitment to using the counties excellent food that is on offer, there is no need to import , meat, fish or vegetables, therefore offering you, the customer, menus that reflect Cornwall, and therefore providing an excellent eating experience.

Catering in Cornwall: food for you..your way

Working with our chef, we will tailor your menu to your preferred requirements and budget. From a private family dinner, BBQ for friends, outside cater function, wedding , birthday or engagement, we will work with you to organise the perfect event.
Our philosophy, of using excellent, Cornish, and local foods in producing your event and working within the seasons, will only enhance your experience, opening your eyes and hearts to what Cornwall has to offer.
